the bed was comfy nothing too special but it did the job.
the free airport shuttle runs infrequently it's advertised as free but is hardly convenient if your flight doesn't align with their limited schedule i ended up paying for a taxi anyway it sort of defeats the purpose of choosing this hotel in the first place

The staff members were EXTREMELY helpful and nice. The room had a coffee and tea station. It was great after a very long flight. The hotel is only a 10mins drive from the airport.
The free airport shuttle IS NOT convenient at all. It runs on very few fixed schedules. There is around 1 shuttle every 4 hours. I chose this hotel because I had a short layover and thought the free shuttle would be practical, but it was really not.

charmed by convenience!

i enjoyed a quick taxi ride from the airport. rakesh and louie offered invaluable support. plus, there are nearby dining options. i needed an easy overnight stay and that's exactly what i got.
i would mention that the housekeeping procedure could use some improvement. i noticed the staff weren't smiling a lot, which gave a less warm feeling. i think a focus on better training would help a lot.
